ZARbet Login: Account Access & Password Help
Most ZARbet problems people search for aren't about betting at all — they're about getting into the account: a login that won't go through, an OTP that never arrives, or a forgotten password before a Saturday fixture. This guide covers how to log in to ZARbet, the quickest fixes when you can't, and how to reset your password safely. We don't run the login ourselves — you always sign in on the official zarbet.co.za site or app — so treat this as a help desk, not a sign-in page.
How to log in to ZARbet
- Open the official ZARbet website on your phone or desktop, or launch the Android app.
- Tap Login in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Enter the mobile number or email you registered with, then your password.
- If prompted, enter the one-time PIN (OTP) sent by SMS to confirm it's you, and you're in.
Logging in is the same on the app and the mobile site — one account works across both, so you don't need separate details for each.
Can't log into ZARbet? Common fixes
Nearly every "can't log in" case comes down to one of a handful of causes. Work through these before contacting support:
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| "Incorrect details" | Wrong number/email or password, or caps lock | Re-type slowly; try email instead of mobile (or vice-versa); reset the password |
| OTP/SMS never arrives | Network delay or wrong cell number | Wait 60 seconds, request a new code, check signal; confirm the number on file |
| App won't sign in after an update | Stale app cache | Force-close, clear the app cache (or reinstall the APK from the official source) |
| "Account locked" | Too many failed attempts | Wait, then reset the password; the lock usually clears automatically |
| Login loads then drops you | Browser cookies or maintenance | Clear cookies, try another browser, or wait if the site is in maintenance |
| Logged in but can't withdraw | FICA not completed | Finish identity verification — see the withdrawal guide |
Note: ZARbet's terms allow accounts to be closed after a long dormant period (around twelve months of no access), so very old accounts may need to be re-opened via support.
Reset your ZARbet password
Forgotten passwords are the single most common login issue, and the fix takes a minute:
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? below the password field.
- Enter the email address or mobile number linked to your account.
- ZARbet sends a reset link or code by email/SMS — it's usually valid for a limited window, so use it promptly.
- Choose a new, strong password you haven't used elsewhere, then log in with it.
If the reset email doesn't show up, check your spam folder and confirm you're using the same address you registered with. Still stuck? Live chat or the official support page can verify your identity and restore access.
Account locked, suspended or under review
A lock isn't always a problem with you. Licensed South African operators must run identity and responsible-gambling checks, so access can pause while ZARbet confirms FICA documents, reviews an unusual login, or applies a self-exclusion you requested. If you set a time-out or self-exclusion yourself, access only returns when that period ends — that's by design. For anything else, have your ID ready and contact support; with the WCGRB licence behind it, these reviews are routine and usually quick.
Stay safe when you log in
Only ever log in on the official ZARbet domain or the app you installed from the official source — bookmark it so you don't land on a copycat page. ZARbet will never ask for your full password by SMS or email, so treat any message that does as phishing. Use a unique password, enable any extra verification offered, and never share your OTP. If you're on a shared phone, log out when you're done and consider a deposit limit as a responsible-gambling habit. 18+ only.
